January 27, 2004-Bridgeway Software, Inc., based in Houston, TX, has named Phil Neely vice president of client relations. In this newly created executive position, Neely will be responsible
for ensuring that all the activities of the organization remain focused on providing the best possible service to Bridgeway's clients.

"Phil's appointment solidifies our commitment to our clients and allows us to take our customer service to a higher level." O'Donnell emphasized that the appointment of Phil Neely was one of a series of steps the
company would be taking this year to ensure Bridgeway always provides the best service to its customers.
Neely indicated the appointment meant Bridgeway understood the value of a strong customer base. "Bridgeway has always been a leader in developing long-term customer relationships,"
Neely said, "but in my new position, I will be coordinating special programs to ensure an even higher customer satisfaction level as well as creating specialized training and coordinating custom configurations."

Phil Neely spent six years previously with Bridgeway prior to privately consulting on installation and customization of in-house legal technology systems. He has consulted with clients such as
Mercedes Benz, Heinz, Pioneer Natural Resources, Elk Corporation and others. Prior to joining Bridgeway the first time, Phil spent 11 years with LexisNexis as a consultant to the top 15 corporations in the Southwest.
