This allows legal teams, comprised of in-house counsel, business units within the company and law firms, to access the same data with a wide array of connectivity alternatives, including low-bandwidth, high-bandwidth, public and private networks.

Allows Corporate Secretaries to Distribute Corporate Information Real-Time
HOUSTON – October 7, 2002 – Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of corporate legal solutions, announces the release of SuperViewer, a new web-based tool for distributing Secretariat™ corporate information. Secretariat™ is Bridgeway’s high-performance entity management solution for corporate records management. SuperViewer delivers real-time Secretariat™ information on demand to web-based users. Information such as dates and jurisdictions of formation, ownership structures, director and officer information, annual meeting agendas and much more can be distributed to tax and accounting groups, business units and authorized law firms via a browser.

Allows Corporate Insiders to File with the SEC Online
HOUSTON – October 1, 2002 -- Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today that it is offering INSIDERdirect.com, a secure dedicated Web site that allows corporate directors and officers to file their insider transactions with the SEC within the new 48 hour requirement. Using the INSIDERdirect.com site, companies can fill in their Section 16 Form 4’s, route them for review, approve, EDGARize and submit them directly to the SEC’s EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval) system – all from their browser. Since INSIDERdirect.com is a secure system, hosted on the Internet, users can log on anytime, anywhere the Internet reaches.
