Bridgeway Software Names Christine Collins as Director of Customer Support and Quality Assurance

HOUSTON – October 7, 2003 -- Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today that it has named Christine Collins as Director of Customer Support and Quality Assurance. Ms. Collins is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in the computer service industry, with a proven track record of proactive customer service excellence.

Before joining Bridgeway, Ms. Collins was Vice President of Support Services of a start-up software company, where her accomplishments included creating an entirely new customer support department and process. “During my career, I have been focused on identifying customer needs and determining the most efficient way to meet those needs,” Ms. Collins said. “I enjoy hearing input from Bridgeway customers and employees about their support experiences, and I will combine their input with my years of service experience to streamline support and the Quality Assurance processes.”
