Executives from Rockwell Automation, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, NEC Corporation of America, and T-Mobile USA to participate on Bridgeway Software's panel to discuss the role of technology for corporate counsel in tough economic times
HOUSTON, October 14, 2009 - Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of technology solutions for corporate and government legal departments, today announced it will lead a panel session at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)'s 2009 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. at the Boston Hynes Convention Center. Along with participants from Rockwell Automation, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, NEC Corporation of America and T-Mobile USA, Bridgeway will explore how budget cuts, workforce reductions and increased litigation make it more important than ever to leverage technology to help put in-house counsel in control throughout entire legal process.
The Bridgeway Panel Session entitled "Maximize Your Own Mojo! How to Tap Into the Power You Already Have During Tough Times," will share with participants how to optimize existing resources through process improvement, system design and effective training. It will also outline key strategies that will take current matter management, entity management and eDiscovery technology into survival mode, and harness powerful metrics to demonstrate the value of the legal department when everything is on the line.

New Bridgeway Customers Who Trade-In Competitors' Legal Software Receive a Rebate of Up To $100,000.
HOUSTON, October 13, 2009 - Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of technology solutions for corporate and government legal departments, today announced the Bridgeway "Cash for Clunkers" rebate program. Through the rebate program, Bridgeway is offering new customers up to $100,000 for trading in their current legal software in exchange for one or more of Bridgeway's Legal Enterprise Management Solutions, including Bridgeway eDiscovery, Bridgeway Legal Hold, eCounsel®, LawManager®, and CorridorTM.
