The Application Suite integrates eCounselTM, Bridgeway's total legal department practice management software, and SecretariatTM, the premier corporate secretary automated governance solution. Version 6 offers great flexibility in running on a wide range of in-house technical structures regardless of corporation size. New application enhancements and offerings include:
- eCounselTM Enterprise offers Windows-client and thin-client access to a central legal knowledge base. Medium to large in-house legal groups can track shared matters, work product, calendars, and contacts. Executives can manage legal budgets, costs, and outside counsel.
- SecretariatTM Enterprise helps medium to large corporate secretary offices track every corporate entity's history from inception through its entire life cycle, making corporate history recall a matter of point-and-click retrieval. Its highly configurable framework adapts to the way a company does business.
- SecretariatTM Desktop is designed for offices with 1 to 4 staff members where the system needs little or no customization, making automated corporate records management accessible to even the smallest companies.

Application Suite, Version 6, blends the best of both desktop tabs with a Web-like look and feel, so that there is no need to specify one or the other for the Suite's interface.
