Bridgeway Offers an Easy Solution for EDGARizer Clients

EDGARizer Clients Offered Incentive to Move to Bridgeway Solutions

HOUSTON - February 20, 2003 - Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today that it is offering a price incentive for companies moving from Romeo and Dye's EDGARizer to either its INSIDERdirect.com or its Insider Section 16 filing software. EDGARizer was introduced in a partnership between Bridgeway Software and Romeo and Dye in April 1996 to file Section 16 Forms 3, 4 and 5 electronically with the SEC. EDGARizer was withdrawn from the market in 2002 following an announcement from Executive Press, Inc.

"When the Executive Press announced that it was discontinuing its sales and marketing of EDGARizer on August 1, 2002, the product was essentially abandoned and withdrawn from the marketplace," said Pat O'Donnell, president of Bridgeway Software. "At that time we at Bridgeway made a decision to continue to maintain and support EDGARizer free of charge, for an interim period, for the hundreds of companies that have relied on us."

In the past few months, Bridgeway has completed its newest Section 16 offering, INSIDERdirect.com, a fully webbased Section 16 reporting tool for filing SEC forms electronically. In addition, its popular Windows based product, Insider, has been updated to conform to the new SEC filing requirements.

Bridgeway Announces Secretariat Enterprise Release

HOUSTON - February 12, 2003 - Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today the release of Secretariat Enterprise TM, version 6, the multiconfiguration, enterprise-wide version of its popular Secretariat TM software for the office of the corporate secretary. Secretariat Enterprise TM offers a broad range of features and customization tools for corporate secretary operations in large corporations and their remote offices.
