HOUSTON - March 7, 2002 -- Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today that it has named Keith Okano as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Okano is an Operations and Technology Executive with more than 22 years of experience with software, technology, and consulting companies. He will have responsibility for Bridgeway's business development, product and service development, customer service and support, and marketing, reporting directly to Bridgeway president Pat O'Donnell. Bridgeway offers the two leading corporate legal matter management and corporate records applications: eCounselTM, the total practice management application for corporate legal departments, and SecretariatTM, the complete corporate secretary automation solution. The Application Suite offers eCounsel and Secretariat 5, fully integrated, on a Web-hosted basis.

As a COO, he successfully demonstrated his ability to develop and manage new business opportunities, create software and service products, reengineer business processes, and expand product offerings. Most importantly, he has the proven ability to establish a customer-centric culture where every effort is focused on ways to identify the changing needs of the customers and meet those needs through outstanding service and responsive product development. Prior to becoming a COO, Mr. Okano was Chief Technology Officer for a technology and marketplace consulting firm where he provided consulting services to major technology and Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Coca-Cola, Saab Cars USA, Harley-Davidson, Perkin-Elmer, and Cognos.
