(June 22, 2007 -- Houston, TX) Bridgeway's client-oriented Spring 2007 Regional Forum program, held in 11 cities between May 15 and June 6, was a resounding success.
Bridgeway clients and staff met to share best practices and demonstrate ways to leverage technology to improve workflow and maximize return on legal software investments. Bridgeway kicked off the tour with a regional meeting at its headquarters in Houston. Gracious clients in each region hosted forums for the remainder of the tour.
One major purpose of the Regional Forums is to demonstrate Bridgeway’s commitment to its clients by bringing training services to their doorstep. Clients and Bridgeway staff both benefit from information-sharing and direct feedback.
“Regional Forums are essential because they allow us to reinforce the value that we place on building strong relationships with our clients,” says Phil Neely, Vice President of Client Relations.
“Bridgeway is here for support. Regional meetings allow us to focus on clients’ needs in small groups, answer questions individually and get detailed feedback on how we can improve.”
This year, Bridgeway invited clients to come “Share the Wealth” of knowledge with each other. Attendees learned how to manage their technology assets for greater value, map out future software options and use rules to streamline processes. They also learned about new software updates, some of which were prompted by suggestions from clients during past user conferences or regional forums. Attendees were encouraged to share their own opinions and tips during the meeting, and had access to one-on-one advice and training afterwards.
Bridgeway is grateful to its special hosts for their hard work and cooperation, as well as all its clients for making Bridgeway the leader in technology solutions for in-house legal departments.

(June 10, 2007) Houston, TX -- Bridgeway Software will host its 13th annual User Conference November 5 through 8 at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District in San Francisco, California.
The conference is designed to help Bridgeway’s corporate and government in-house legal and corporate secretary clients leverage their technology investment to drive performance in their departments. It features discussion panels, client presentations, valuable networking opportunities for clients and partners, and workshops designed for every level of expertise with Bridgeway’s key products: eCounsel, Secretariat and LawManager.
“The User Conference is about making the benefits of technology more accessible to our clients,” says Phil Neely, Bridgeway’s Vice President of Client Relations.
“We offer them insight on how to streamline their processes; opportunities to network and learn from peers’ success stories; and information to keep them up-to-date on legal department trends and compliance issues. The conference agenda is largely based on feedback from clients. We care about what they tell us, and those comments make the conference better each year.”
The conference’s more than 40 workshops cover legal best practices to help clients meet their objectives:
- Mitigate risk
- Ensure compliance
- Optimize resources
- Contain costs
- Manage their legal department’s performance
In response to overwhelming demand, Beth Terry, author of “101 Ways to Make Your Life Easier,” will return as a featured speaker. She impressed attendees last year with her sessions on “getting out of overwhelm.”
Bridgeway will combine business with fun to celebrate valued relationships with clients during two of the conference’s highly-rated mixer events. An opening reception at the Hilton, sponsored by SimpsonNeely Group, will welcome conference attendees Monday night. Attendees will explore the Aquarium of the Bay on Wednesday night during the Bridgeway Bash sponsored by Huron Consulting Group. Attendees will enjoy live aquatic entertainment and feast on unique menu selections during this networking event.
